The WebQuest Page
This is the site of the “father” of the WebQuest concept, Dr. Bernie Dodge at San Diego State University. Among its other outstanding resources, the page includes a useful matrix of examples for different grade levels. The reading and training materials are especially outstanding-this is “must see” reading for anyone interested in WebQuests!
WebQuests 101
This site is maintained by Tom March, who began working to develop the WebQuest concept with Bernie Dodge in 1995. This article is dated (2000) so you may encounter broken links but the basic concepts remain the same.
Filamentality
This site allows users to complete a series of steps to create hotlists, scrapbooks, scavenger hunts, subject samplers and WebQuests. Includes many helpful tips and suggestions for creating web-based learning activities. You can also search through previously created resources. Zunal has many resources and hosts WQs as well. Teachnology has a WQ generator that provides an easy template to use.
